Today was fun. School baseball teams left so hotel became less noisy. Hosting a mens chorus group and saw in the kitchen the cooks unwrapping frozen pancakes for their group breakfast tomorrow. Yeah, you would think everything in a restaurant kitchen would be made from scratch, but not everything is. They certainly got their dozens of pecan pies from a bakery. I looked up the chorus and they are doing a concert in a local park.
