Freaked out a customer tonight. Guest called requesting extra conditioner be delivered. Rang a gift shop purchase up and then called security. Gift shop purchaser was surprised I was calling security on them, what did they do? I explained, Not you, someone needs conditioner. Then when security answered back, I told them 615 needs conditioner.
Driver showed up on time so security was relieved they didn't have to watch my counter.
