Saw a newsletter from the manager for the staff to read.
We are going to be the best by having less merchandise which will no longer be unloaded from the truck by the overnight staff.
We will have less hours available so underperformers will be cut from the schedule, and if there are issues with employees then we will not keep you employed here.
Goals are to be met every day so get out there and Sell, Sell, Sell.
My reply to newsletter: I guess I better find another job before I loose this one, right?
