Poor new guy

We have a new guy whose mother works at the car rental next door. She says he is getting so frustrated with lazy coworkers making him do more than his fair share of work. I assured the gal that we are aware who is lazy and who is not. She said he was nervous complaining to the owner right after he got hired about people he has to work with everyday. I recommended speaking to the owner's brother, someone not officially in charge but in good with The Boss. All he would have to say was he is frustrated and doesn't know how to handle the situation, which would take direct blame away from the coworkers. If the brother feels it is important to inform the owner of the problem, he will. She thanked me for the middle man advice and relayed the message to her son. I feel like a fairy godmother giving good advise to the underdog, indirectly that is. Post later. Bye!
