The water department called off the lawn watering ban from too many nitrates. Guess all the rain chnaged the nitrate levels.
I opened the door for dogs to pee while raining outside. They refused to go out, in fact ready to rush out the door cats stayed inside. Got the umbrella and called them outside to pee. They were afraid of the umbrella. Hopefully they won't go on the floor, but I am sure they will. I took them out later when not raining so hard. They did their pee.
