A small town girl living in the city full of crazy people. But then, who is normal anyway. Question of the day
Am I just too senstive being horrified viewing a tied up dog outside alone at an apartment complex in the frigid cold jerking on the rope while the poor dog paced back and forth. Poor thing. TV said it was 7 degrees today.
