Fleas

My sister told me yesterday that her cat has fleas around its head. She is convinced my cat gave them to hers. But they haven't seen each other in weeks since my cat has been banished from her house. Plus, I took one cat to the vet the day before and he said nothing about fleas. He said I have a healthy cat. I am sure if one cat had fleas the other would too. Who knows where they came from?
