Happy St Patrick's Day

Had a trying day. Was told to prepare letters and update client info in the system on Friday. Now this person who gave me a list of clients to service is upset I did as I was told and condescending (Don't you think... As if I am paid to think and would know what they would do). I needed to wait until they confirmed the info in system A before updating system B. And I was suppose to know or ask if system A was correct before working down the list of client names given to me updating system B. Why didn't this person confirm all such info before giving me this list of clients telling me to to update their info?

Later I explain to secretary that I am getting frustrated. These people are never around and only come in for client meetings which means they are busy preparing for the meetings when they are there. I actually said to the secretary with arms spread out in a surrender, What do they want from me? Training is practically nonexistent.
