Since I can't find a replacement cat tower at the pet store I originally bought it from (ceiling dripped over it and ruined it), I am forced to find a replacement online. First company My Pet Island had exactly what I wanted, but they never send it. No email saying they sent it. After 2 1/2 months, I order another one from another company All Pet Furniture. After a week, I get it, put it together, and think whoever makes cat furniture doesn't have grown up cats, or cats period.
This stuff is for tiny kittens, my cats' fat butts are not going to fit in these holes. All selections for cat furniture have rope my cats don't like and covered in fake fur I don't know how my cats will react so I have to buy something whether it works or not. Is there something wrong with carpet covered furniture with big holes. Hopefully it won't fall over when one jumps on it. What I want is no longer made.
Since I paid my credit card bill to Paypal, I wonder how am I going to get a refund from the first company. I get a message stating their email is not set up correctly and their phone number is a voicemail box only and box is always full. Paypal automated answer is ask the merchant for the refund. Can't contact them. I finally got a Contact Us email so hopefully I get a response. Automated answer is not helping me.

I also am being riped off by this company, I am opening up a dispute with Paypal today, they will make the company give back your money or they will reimburse you them self. I'm not quite sure what they will do about the company, but I'm going to see to it that Paypal doesnt let them go through them anymore. I could have kicked myself after ordering first and investigating the company second, I would NEVER have ordered from a company that has a mailbox that was full. I wrote him a kind of nasty email the day I ordered the cat tree and said that was bad business to have a full message box, the next day he emailed saying " You called after midnight, no one has been manning the phone for hours, if your so worried I will refund your money" So thinking that O.K. if he emailed me it must be ok, so I said I still want the cat tree. Then three weeks later he says Oh im terribly sorry the tree will go out this week, still no tree. You have 45 days to file a claim, I think he strings you along till you cant do anything about it, well I AM going to do somethung about it.So you should also go to Paypal and file a dispute against him.- Andrea
Well i might be wrong about Paypal reimbursing, the dispute center said they can only recover whats in their accont, so hopefully they have something in there. In the least I hope paypal wont let them use them anymore, and if they do they better have a good reason for continuing to let them rip people off. I think if you file a dispute and they see more than one person they will not let them use paypal anymore.- Andrea
