Eragon

I am almost done reading Eragon. I liked the movie so much I bought the book, with original picture instead of the movie cast on it. So far the book is equal to the movie, which is rare. Usually I like the books better than the movies because they leave much unexplained if you have not read the book yet.

I know it is normal to read books before watching the movie, but I get lost if I know the story. Movies take book scenes out and place new things in so it is hard for me to follow along. When I watch the movie and then read the book, I follow the book very easily and get more background information of characters and places to understand what and why everything is happening.
