Car rental commercials

Hello again. It must be spring because I'm seeing more car rental commercials. I hate car rental commercials. Ya see what the commercials don't tell you is that there are corporate locations where the advertisements apply and there are privately-owned licensee locations where the advertisements do not apply, unless the owner agrees to it. All but one of the companies at my airport are licensees. Besides that, another reason I hate these commercials is because customers get confused on which company is advertising what they want. No we are not all the same.
Which means to me: I get customers demanding the advertised special, which is not provided by my company. Therefore, I am accused of false advertising when I try to explain the special belongs to another company. Next, I am told to make better commercials when I explain again another company has that special. And then, I am told that yes, it was my company that advertised the special and they demand the special now with a "Don't you know how to do your job?". Next, when it finally sinks in that they are at the wrong company, they ask me to match the special. Hell No, especially not after the profanity I just heard while explaining this advertisement belongs to another company, I am not offering any specials or discounts from my company. I do not fight for assholes, they can yell at somebody else. Finally, I hear from these customers, "Then why am I talking to you for?" That's what I would like to know. Sometimes these customers return because the special advertisement company is sold out of cars. Gee I wonder how that happened. Even then they say something like,"Give me a damn car. I want the cheapest one you got." You're Welcome. Have a good day. Post later. Bye!
