In hell

I'm in hell this week from severe overbooking. Apparently one company has a conference and every employee must have their own car instead of a carpooling. It puts a strain on me sending out cars needing oil changes and have bad tires. I wish people would stop crashing our cars, it would help a little, 15 shop cars from accidents the past month. Plus customers keep showing up 2-4 hours late so I don't know who is coming or not as closing tiem approaches. Then I have to wait for a delayed flight that went past closing time so I have no one to send my customers if I physically completely run out of cars. So I give away my last car and run out the door. I have nothing to exchange and don't want to hear the complaints. But a lady wants to debate whether or not her friend living 3 hours away went to the wrong airport, she doesn't understand why she is not picking her up. If this lady is getting around to asking to borrow my phone to call her firned, it's locked in a drawer and I'm leaving so I really don't care about her problems. Then a guy needs help finding his car stall. Easy one so I guide him to the row since I'm going that direction. The one car rental gal waiting for the same flight had only one customer while I had 3 so she is long gone. Now my car is covered in ice. Spray the de-icer and scrape it off. Then I have to go grocery shopping. Finally make it home and have to email my manager cuz she will hearing a complaint about the bad tires I was forced to rent out. The guy was in a larger car class so I informed him and the men ahead stuck in minivans that if they hate their cars they are allowed to exchange them later. But at least, I told the manager, I didn't have the club member no show show up too with no car to give him, cuz possibly I would had to call security when he possibly had a conipition fit screaming how he is exceptionally privaledged member for 20 years, what do I mean I don't have a car for him and everyone else is closed. How do I explain he is the reason I am severely overbooked. I got to bed at 3 AM. Today and tomorrow will be even worse. Oh joy.
