Checked the customer service notes on a guy I called security on 2 days ago (yes I can do that). He complained 2 customer service people hung up on him (gee I wonder why) so he is writing an email on the events surrounding his flat tire troubles, a 4 paragraph email. The responder to the email obviously neglected to read his prior notes made by employees cause she refunded the flat tire, although there was one refund done so the customer is making a profit on his flat tire. Then she sent him 3 free day coupons for his disgust at our location for not being able to pull cars he wants out of our ass cause he has been a club member for 18 months. Well he learned his lesson, treat employees like dirt, complain about it, and he will be rewarded for it.
That is how the cookie crumbles, and companies can't figure out why their employees keep quitting. It takes a strong and a little crazy person to work my job and not erode their self-esteem to dust.
