I have been applying for jobs everywhere. I get a call for an interview. OK. Wait, it is for a recruiter on behalf of another company. I'm sorry, I thought I was applying for a front desk receptonist job. Well recruiters are what we need now. So she sets a time. Then I get the Spanish Inquistion. Must wear suit, complete tests on a computer taking 2-3 hours, and bring hard copy of resume. Next, before the interview must complete online application and answer 3 questions by email back to her. Is this a job interview or not?
I hate deceiving job ads. Why can't employers just say what they want instead what gets the most response? Are they hiring 20 or 2 people? If 2, then why do they need a huge response of people not qualified for the job being offered.
