Weird message

I get a weird message stating UPS could not deliver a package because the address was wrong. I go into the attachment to see who the undeliverable package was for to get a pop up that the attachment has a virus and unsafe to open. I exit and delete immediately. Aren't these security programs suppose to stop viruses from landing in your junk email box? Apparently not.
