Had a resume critique done on a jobsite that was most unhelpful. Let's see: I'm too old to be hired and too passive employee. What's next, being told I'm unemployable cuz I was let go when the company was sold.
OK, how do you say I work low paying, dead end jobs cuz nobody will pay me to do anything else in a proactive way.
Maybe a I need 2 resumes. One as a cheat sheat when I fill out apps and one to show employers. Though most employers don't see my resume cuz they ask to fill out an app.
