Happy Valentine's Day

Took cupcakes to work and my financial advisors at one. I ate the other. Very good. Roommate used all the vegetable oil so used corn syrup. A little dense but then red velvet usually is. I added some cocoa powder too. So many red velvet cakes are just colored vanilla cakes. Red Velevet is supoosed to be chocolate flavored. Didn't visit Mom today, she is in the hospital so can't see her. Sister is with her. She is dehydrated, not eating or drinking much. Sister said she might be sent back to the skilled care place later today. Have to try to visit tomorrow.

Wow, got another lecture from roommate. He is tired of my negative and stressed attitude. He is moving out when he gets money cause he is tired of my depressive energy. He stops playing video games and goes downstairs to separate from my negative energy. My merchandise I try to sell nobody wants. I am wasting time and money on it cause no gift shop is going to my order my merchandise to sell in their store. I should plant vegetables and strawberries to sell at farmers markets. Well applications for farmers markets have to be done now and fees for the one I applied for are $35 per day and all paid now. Sure I can sit on a highway and sell from my car, but problem is I don't have a huge yard to grow that much. I need a lot of produce to sell to be profitable. I'm not going get hundreds of dollars selling strawberries. Plus it takes time to grow plants and can't have new products every week. Then he gets mad I shoot his ideas down. I said if he wants to plant vegetables and strawberries to sell he is welcome to that. All I ask for is rent and he can keep the rest of his money to buy whatever he wants. If he wants to figure out how to make strawberry jam and sell it, he can do that. He couldn't follow directions to make soap. All his soap batches came out bad and the ran out of ashes to make more lye. He further explained he doesn't worry about money like I do. All I think about is bills. Yeah, because I am the one paying for everything. He says he works tomorrow and saving money to get an electric scooter to do food delivery. I told him his new boss might be giving so few hours to test him if he stays and then maybe later give him more hours. Just a thought. I agreed to anything just to end the lecture. He wants to move out into a hotel room or apartment then he is welcome to. He is not a prisoner, he can move out when he wants.
