1st Homemade Pizza

Roommate and I made our first homemade pizza.

Roommate actually wanted me to get bagels to make pizza, not actual pizza crust dough. Well, just follow the directions on the package and we can have a whole pizza to eat. Well directions call for 1/2 cup of water for the crust mix and he puts in 2 and 1/2 cups of water so it is soup. I asked why he put in so much water and not follow the directions and he replies, "I don't know, I'm high". He gives up and wants to toss it in the trash then gets mad at me for not getting bagels like he wanted. So I have to come to the rescue reading directions saying to add vegetable oil and more flour until stops being sticky. Yeah, had to use multiple cups of flour and at least 1/2 cup of oil to get it ok. Then had to roll it out with my rolling pin onto the pizza pan. Very thick crust. I didn't know where the oilve oil was to dash on the crust with it to make it more crispy. Made the pizza with sauce, pepperoni, and cheese with roommate's help who was so happy I rescued the pizza crust. Baked the pizza in the oven and very good. Pepper in the marinara sauce made my mouth burn so stopped at eating one piece. Roommate loved the pizza.
