Computer glitch

I had a routine return of a vehicle, until I saw the printout. Odd, it
printed the unlimited mileage line twice, the frequent flyer miles line
twice, and the taxes lines twice. We naturally assumed it was a printer
problem. My coworker examines it closer to notice there was an
outstanding balance equal to the amount of the taxes being charged
twice. That is what the computer says too. Do not know why it did that.
When I returned it, there was no extra amount needing to be charged. My
coworker calls the manager at home and fixes the problem so customer
will not be complaining. Of course we check if any other receipts are
that way. No, it was a one time glitch. Though, I saw a full moon last
