Complaints, complaints, complaints.
For hours I get to hear complaints on our lousy car selection. We are about
out of cars to rent, so yeah there is a more lowered selection than usual.
But try to explain that to customers who demand the car they want whether I
have it or not.
Then I get people complaining about how stupid our rules are. Why, why, why?
they demand. I know many customers believe employees are represent the
company. Actually we don't, we are just hired help with no power to change anything. If you think the rules are stupid, then you are welcome to buy the company from my
boss and change them.
One company here is owned by a corporate raider trying to run the company
into the ground by changing rules left and right, thus making customers
ticked off at the rental clerks accustomed to the old rules. What do they care about customer service, a failed business is a tax ride off? Post later. Bye!
