Pleasant Surprise

Today a former employee returned from his trip to Alaska and showed us photos on his cell phone of the sun shining almost 24 hours a day. One more photo was of the snow capped mountains that are that way all year long and another was a moose. Once in a blue moon does one find a moose in Iowa. He was sorry to come back to this weather. It is nice and cool there, though warmer than the native Alaskans enjoy. He had a huge box of frozen fish that was thawing so he had to go. It was nice to see him. Apparently his wife called his cell phone to make sure he come back safely during the picture show. It may be just me, but I am used to couples going on vacations together instead of separately. Whatever makes them happy. Post later. Bye!
